Bio

Linda, a graduate of Vancouver’s Studio 58, has performed in theatres across Canada and written several plays, including Dying to Be Thin (Jessie Award), Here To Hear (with Cathy Nosaty), George and Martha (Based upon the books by James Marshal) and Jack and The Bean . Some of her most memorable acting credits include: Synthetic Energy, Mom’s The Word, Patty’s Cake, Brighton Beach Memoirs and Where The Wild Things Are. Beyond doubt, Linda’s favourite role to date has been playing “Mother” to Julian and Timothy her two sons and “Dear Partner” to their dad Kim Selody. Linda’s parents, Ron and Isabel Carson once told her that children take you to places that you would never normally go and she thanks her two son’s for continuing to do just that. Currently Linda is acting in Where The Wild Things Are and continues to write and enjoy life from her home on Bowen Island, B.C.
